Pricing
Priced by what your site does, not how many pages it has
Two decisions: how you want to pay for the build, and what the site needs to do. Nothing else changes the price, and there is nothing you have to buy to unlock something else.
Every site starts here
We build it, host it, and keep it running. You pay monthly and can stop any time.
setup fee quoted with your mockup
Who owns it
NGF owns the site and licenses it to you while your plan is active.
- Hosting, SSL and domain setup included
- No contract term — cancel any time
- Setup covers the build and your first month
- Reactivation after a lapse is $200
Included on either option
A site designed for your business
Built from scratch to fit how you actually sell, not dropped into a template. Fast on a phone, readable on a laptop.
Edit it yourself, without calling us
Open your site in the portal, click any text or photo, change it, and publish. No code, no tickets, no waiting on us for a price change or a new photo.
Every enquiry in one inbox
Contact forms on your site land in your portal with a status on each one, and land in your email the moment they arrive.
Hosting, security and backups
SSL, daily backups, and the domain pointed correctly. If something breaks at 2am it is our problem, not yours.
Found on Google
Page titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and fast load times done properly at build time, plus Google Analytics wired up so you can see who is arriving.
A person who answers
Ask for a change from your portal and track it. You are talking to the person who built the site, not a ticket queue.
Add what you need
Then add what your business needs
We do not price by page count, because page count has nothing to do with the work. A three-page site that takes bookings is more to build and more to look after than a nine-page brochure. So you pay for what the site does.

What that adds up to
Three shapes most businesses land on, priced on the monthly plan.
Just the website
An IT consultancy that needs to look credible and be contacted
No bookings, no products. The site has to explain the service, rank locally, and get the phone to ring.
$100/month
Website + booking
A window tint shop taking appointments all week
Every hour spent on the phone arranging a slot is an hour not spent installing. Customers book themselves.
Quoted
Website + store
A jewellery brand shipping orders direct
Selling from their own site instead of a marketplace, and keeping the customer relationship and the margin.

The details
The things people ask before they sign
If the answer you need is not here, ask — we would rather have the awkward conversation now than after you have paid.
- Why is there no price per page?
- Because page count has almost nothing to do with the work. A three-page site that takes bookings and payments is more to build and far more to look after than a nine-page brochure. Pricing by pages meant charging the wrong people too much and the right people too little, and it made adding a page feel like a penalty.
- Why do some things say "Quoted" instead of a price?
- Because we would rather say nothing than publish a number we have not stood behind. Anything shown as Quoted is priced with your mockup, before you commit to anything.
- What happens if I want to leave?
- On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term. The site was built and is owned by us, so it comes down when the plan ends, and we will hand over your content and point your domain wherever you like. On a one-time build you already own the code, so nothing changes; you can move it or keep us hosting it.
- Who owns my domain?
- You do, on either option. We will register it for you or point one you already have, but it is registered in your name and you can take it with you.
- What counts as a change I can make myself?
- Any text or image on the site. Prices, opening hours, service descriptions, staff photos, gallery images — you change them in the portal and publish. You do not need us and you are not billed for it.
- And what would I ask you to do?
- Anything structural — a new page, a new section, a design change, a new system. On the monthly plan ordinary requests are included. On a one-time build they are billed at $80 an hour in 15-minute increments, and we tell you the estimate before we start.
- Do I really not pay for the mockup?
- No. We build a real design of your actual site first, with 3 rounds of revisions included. If you do not want to go ahead after seeing it, you owe nothing and we part on good terms.
- Can I add booking or a store later?
- Yes, and that is the point of pricing this way. The systems are switched on per business, so you can start with the website and add booking the month you need it, without rebuying a tier.
Overdue invoices carry a 1.5% monthly late fee. Longer term commitments are available at a discount if you want one, but we never ask for one.
Not sure which of these you need?
Tell us what your business does and we will tell you which of it you actually need — including the parts you can skip.
